At Sett Studio, we're thrilled to announce our latest venture: Martin Reserve, a luxurious residential community in Nashville's Green Hills neighborhood. This project represents our commitment to bringing innovative, community-focused developments to new markets.
A Taste of Austin in Music City
Martin Reserve will feature 10 luxury homes, each embodying the mid-century modern aesthetic that's become synonymous with high-end Austin living. These single-level homes, ranging from 3,500 to 6,000 square feet, will showcase floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive overhangs, and meticulously designed outdoor living spaces.
"It's something the Nashville market hasn't necessarily seen yet," says Mike Speciale, our founder and general manager. "Here in Austin, [it's] something we just do."
Preserving Legacy While Embracing the Future
Our commitment to honoring the land's rich history while creating innovative living spaces is at the heart of this project. We acquired the 4.5-acre property from the Martin Family in August 2022, and we're dedicated to preserving the essence of this cherished land.
Luxury Tailored to You
With prices starting at $3.5 million, each home in Martin Reserve will offer a minimum of four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. We're also providing the option to build separate guest houses, perfect for accommodating extended family or visitors.
A Collaborative Vision
To ensure we capture both Austin's innovative spirit and Nashville's unique character, we've partnered with Austin-based Dick Clark and Associates as our lead architect. We're also looking to bring a Nashville architect on board to infuse local flavor into the project.
Join Us in Shaping Nashville's Future
Martin Reserve is more than just a development; it's a testament to the evolving luxury real estate market in Nashville. We're excited to be part of this growth and to offer a fresh perspective on upscale living in Music City.
Stay tuned for updates as we progress with this exciting project. We can't wait to welcome you to Martin Reserve – where Austin style meets Nashville charm.
